Dr. Harry Grossman was born and raised in Cherry Hill, NJ. He received his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University, graduating magna cum laude, in 1989. He attended medical school at Jefferson Medical College and served as president of the Thomas Duane Ophthalmology Society. He then worked as a resident in Ophthalmology at Hahnemann University Hospital, where he completed his training as chief resident. Over the last 20 years he has often been voted as a Top Doc in Philadelphia Magazine, SJ Magazine and New Jersey Monthly Magazine.
Dr. Grossman has been a general ophthalmologist in the Marlton area since 1998. He is currently a staff member at The Wills Eye Hospital. He performs cataract, glaucoma and numerous laser surgeries at The Wills Eye Surgical Center of Cherry Hill. He has published research articles investigating ocular surface diseases and macular blood flow. As an active member of the New Jersey Academy of Ophthalmology he has testified before the New Jersey State Assembly in the past advocating to ensure patients’ quality of care. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Boys and Girls Club of Camden County, the Board of Trustees of BookSmiles and has previously served on the Board of Governors of the New Jersey Academy of Ophthalmology. He is currently on staff at Virtua and Cooper Hospitals.
Some of his interests outside of the office include photography, cycling and music.
