Retina Update
Uveitis is the fifth-leading cause of blindness worldwide and occurs in all age groups, including children and working-age adults, with the potential for years of vision loss. Diagnosis and proper classification of the type of uveitis and the appropriate use of ocular and systemic therapy are keys to reducing the potential for vision loss. The update will also feature Douglas A. Jabs, MD, MBA, New York Eye and Ear Infirmary who will present the annual P. Kenneth Nase Memorial Lecture.
